Watermelon, Fruit efficacious for Prostate Cancer and Heart

Watermelon contains high lycopene. Lycopene is an antioxidant found in red fruits (except strawberries). Scientific research suggests that lycopene may reduce the risk of prostate cancer and heart disease.

People who eat a diet with high lycopene content, less likely to experience a heart attack. Juicy fruit with a Latin name Citrullus lanatus is also rich in Vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 is an important substance that can stimulate hormones in the brain to cope with anxiety and panic.
